What We Do

We specialize in providing fast, transparent, data driven, appraisals where site visits aren’t necessary most of the time. These tend to be properties located in urban and suburban areas that don’t have complexities such as custom amenities, views, water frontage, etc. In most cases, we can still appraise more complex properties, however, these would likely need “space boots on the ground”, or in other words, a site visit.

How We Do It

An appraisal report should not be mysterious or confusing. With a spacedesk appraisal we lift the veil by performing a thorough market analysis with visual aids that tell the story of where your space fits into the market. Third party data sources such as tax records and MLS data along with 1st hand data about the subject property are all gathered and analyzed along with the salient features of the property.
